About Loki's Canine Cuts
Hi, my name is Lauren and I am the owner of Loki’s Canine Cuts. I have been grooming for the last 10 years. After being brought up around dogs my whole life, I knew that working with them was always going to be the career path for me. I am City and Guilds qualified level 2 and 3, along with being dog first aid trained. I am dog obsessed and love all breeds, big or small.
After working at the salon when it was called Clip’n’Chip for the last 10 years, it was a dream come true when I got the opportunity to buy the business and finally make it my own. I have rebranded the salon to Loki’s Canine Cuts after my own lovely cockapoo Loki who is nearly always in the salon alongside me, and always up for meeting dogs and owners alike.
At Loki’s Canine Cuts our passion for dog welfare drives us, and we are dedicated to providing top notch services to you and your dogs, as well as creating a safe and stress free environment for your dogs to enjoy a pamper within.
I can’t wait to welcome you and your dogs into the salon.
Meet The Team
Lauren with Loki
Hi, I’m Lauren. I work full-time as a senior groomer, and this is my Cockerpoo dog ‘Loki’. He can often be seen in the salon on a day-to-day basis and loves to play with all the fluffy customers.
I am animal mad with 2 horses, a Golden Labrador ‘Lara‘ and a giant tortoise ‘Sydney’.
Be careful I love everyone that comes in to see us and cuddles are obligatory.
Maisie
Hi, I’m Maisie. I’m the newest staff member here at Loki’s Canine Cuts but have been grooming for the last 3 years.
I’ve been long-term friends with Lauren as I too have a horse but also have cats.
Joining Loki’s Canine Cuts means we can talk horses and dogs all day as well as furthering my training to a recognised qualification.
Please note all Loki's Canine Cuts staff are qualified and our newest trainees who bath and dry the dogs are all studying animal based courses where we believe working towards a qualification is paramount.
